Near the touristic harbour of Ostia, the skatepark is lead by Oasi Verde association and it's been built by Iou-Ramps. It's composed by a 3 levels street course, one 1.7 mt miniramp and one 1.2 mt microramp. The Spot Skatepark is situated in Via D.Baffigo 143. To get there by car from Rome just take Via Cristoforo Colombo until you reach the roundabout in front of the sea, turn right and go straight on till the end of the road; you'll be in front of the touristic harbour: turn right and you'll find it 200 mt later. You can take the train to Ostia from one of the following Line B subway stations: Piramide, San Paolo and EUR Magliana. Get off in "Lido di Ostia Centro" station and take bus number 01, 05 or 015. In March 2007 The Spot is been upgraded again with new IOU ramps stuff. There's also a second miniramp with extension.
EUR - Palombini e dintorni
, Roma - Street
One of the oldest roman spots. You will find marble curbs, a 6 steps stair with straight curbs on both sides, a big gap and a 20 cm large iron handrail. The flatground and the curbs are quite damaged. Take a look around, you'll find a lot of other small spots composed by stairs, gaps, curbs, wheelies and rails. If you're no into exploring just ask the locals. This spot has no artificial lights. The drinking fountain is leftwards just on the other side of the street.
EUR - Pigorini

Smooth flatground with marble curbs. The spot is not that good but it's skateable in case of rain and there's a lighing system as well. It's situated just by the obelisk, going towards the arches. With public transport it's reachable by subway. Just take the B line and get off in "EUR Fermi" station, then take the big road "Via Cristoforo Colombo" and go right when you see the big ancient obelisk.

Just above the "Palazzo dei Congressi", it's really close by "Pigorini" spot. There an upper level you ollie from, it's 30cm high with marble flatground, you jump over the sidewalk and land on the road.
I gradoni al porto di Ostia

6 big blocks on the entrance of the touristic harbour of Ostia, 3 minutes far from "The Spot Skatepark". You can ollie from any of the blocks and the run away it's not that smooth, but it's ok.
La Città Universitaria
, Roma - StreetIt's one of the most complete street spots of Italy. It's the university city of La Sapienza, just in front of the subway stop "Policlinico". You can find everything you want: curbs, stairs, gaps, rails, manual pads and much more.. everything with different sizes and variants. It's really difficult to skate there because of the security so my advice is to go there and skate fast all the different obstacles trying to hide your board as much as you can.

El Nino Skatepark

Small skatepark for beginners, situated in the Pietralata neighbourhood. The park is composed by one line quarte - funbox - bank and in addiction to that you can also skate 1 grindbox, 1 jump ramp, 1 kicker ramp, 1 rail and 1 jersey. Since september 2006 there's also a new fumbox with adjustable rail (from 35 to 60 cm)

Piazza Venezia

Big blocks in the city center. The pictures speak by themselves! Enjoy Rome's downtown gapping with a switch 3 from the fourth block :) Skateable mainly in the evening because of the big deal of persons walking there in the morning. Please be as much respectful as you can of the monuments. Get there by subway getting off in Colosseo (line B), just go right for 500 mt on the big road in front of the station. You can also go by bus, a lot of them arrive there from every part of the town (www.atac.roma.it)

Just outside the Line A underground station Cipro/Musei-Vaticani. It's a long flatground (smooth as hell and just a little bit downhill) with 2 sets of benches frontside and backside. Light and fountain available.

Big square full of grindable blocks and benches to ollie. There are light and water. Not skateable on sundays because of the big market.
Tiberina Banks

It's situated on the Tiberina Island, on the river Tevere on the city center. The bank is made by stone, it is 3 meters wide and 2 meters high with a step on the top and a right side hip with a steep bank. There's a 12 steps set and a smooth marbla flat for warming up. It's really simple to get there, just ask for the "Isola Tiberina" (Tiberina Island). One of the ways to get there is getting off in Colosseo subway station (line B) and take bus 81 for 4 stops.
Eur - Muretti Rossi

Small banks with some hips for really funny skate sessions. It's not far from Eur Fermi (line B subway) just ask the locals and watch out for security.

Marble hubbas down 7,9 and 26 stairs frontside and backside; they're spoiled by bmx so they're difficult for some grinds. The intermediate hubba can be also used as a bank. If you ride in the park on the back you can find a lot of marble benches to have some good sessions.

Foro Italico

Spot located near the "Foro Italico" in front of the Olympic Stadium. A marble/mosaic street with marble steps, banks with flat on the top, curbs, gaps banks and some steps. There's also a famous 6+sidewalk that's been seen in a lot of american videos. You can get there by bus with #910 from Termini (stop to Piazza Mancini) or #32 from Lepanto Metro station. Skaters every day.

Indoor public skatepark inside "Strike" squatted house. Open on sunday free of charge. Its' located in Via Umerto Partini 21.

Sidewalk with marble flat and loads of benches. It's the road that starts from Piazza San Pietro. Go there possibly on evenings because of the large amount of tourists.

San Giovanni

Ledge that can be used as a curb or as a bump but in this case you have ollie on it. The run up is often a problem because of the touristic stands. It's situated just next to San Giovanni cathedral, you can easily go there with the subway (line A station San Giovanni).
Pietralata Banks

Big marble fountain that looks like been created for skateboarding purposes. Lots of hips and lots of ways to skate it. Go with the subway (Pietralata station) and take Via di Pietralata going left for about 300 meters. There's a drinking fountain but no light system.
Chiesa Nuova

Square with benches and stairs. It's situated in the city center in Corso Vittorio Emanuele. There's light for night session, better not to go there on the most touristic periods.

It's in Ostia's seafront and you have a few tries to land a trick there because of the angry security guys! The run up is a bit short. If you arrive in Ostia by via Cristoforo Colombo just turn right on the seafront and go straight on for some km. Ollie to Firecracker?!? ;)

Marble hubba frontside and backside. The run up can disturb in some tricks, the flatground on the landing is cement. The hubba in the picture is a bit ruined, the other is ok. It's situated on a church entrance so whatch out.

The Pirgo: a platform in the middle of the sea with 3 big steps and a triple set 3-3-3 with the same height of the 3 steps but much longer. In the harbour arena (300 meters northwards from the Pirgo) you can find a lot of cool curbs that are divided in the center of the building creating a gap (something more than 1mt ).
